This pivotal leadership role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the Australian tourism and hospitality industry. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to identify and maximise revenue opportunities while enhancing the customer experience. Leading a skilled team of revenue analysts and specialists, you will drive best practices in pricing, forecasting, and inventory management.   Key Responsibilities include: Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximise profitability across all JB products and services. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitor performance, and customer preferences informing pricing and revenue initiatives. Establish and manage dynamic pricing and yield management strategies to align with market conditions and customer demand. Oversee revenue forecasting and budgeting processes, providing accurate projections that guide financial planning. Lead commercial analyses assessing market opportunities, including feasibility studies and investment appraisals. Prepare detailed financial reports supporting strategic decision-making while highlighting risks and opportunities.   In this role, you will also monitor performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), engage with stakeholders, and leverage technology to enhance revenue strategies. Complete accurate Service Reports after every visit Whilst you don’t need to be an athlete, you will work up a sweat servicing multiple sites, so you would need to be physically fit. You will be responsible for your own health and safety - this means it’s your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is safe at all times and that you take care on the road. End of day Unless you need to re-stock, time to go home and relax and unwind. At the depot, is the best time for you to debrief with your manager and discuss how your day has gone.
