We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a great attitude to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, based out of our Perth depot, servicing all around Perth and the WA region. What we need from you: Carry out pest control Jobbing work including general pest treatments, bird work and Pre-construction termites Willingness to work in a wide range of environments in all weathers Comfortable working at heights Excellent customer service skills to manage, maintain, and build upon client relationships Communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing Physically fit and the ability to work autonomously and drive long distances High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets An ability to consistently work within both our client's and Rentokil's safety parameters Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet The ability to successfully acquire a Working with Children Check Escalate problems to Local Service Manager or Operations Manager where appropriate Requirements: Pest Management Licence and 3+ years experience in the Pest Management industry OR willingness and aptitude to undertake studies and training to obtain Pest qualification Full Australian Drivers licence with a minimum 3 year driving history Ability to build customer relationships Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as numeracy skills Ability to work autonomously The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen as well as background checks.
