About the Role: As a Bid Co-Ordinator at Alder Group, you will support three divisions of our Construction arm (Build, Civil and Asset Renewal), working within a team that targets specific sectors, clientele, and project values. Our tenders focus on quality over quantity, and you will collaborate closely with senior management to deliver bids for projects up to $50 million in value.   Key Responsibilities:  Bid Strategy & Management Lead the end-to-end bid process across multiple concurrent opportunities, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and compelling submissions. Manage bid kick-off meetings and regular check-ins with internal stakeholders to align on win themes and key messaging. Work closely with senior leadership, estimators, technical teams, and delivery personnel to coordinate input and approval. Coordination with the offshore team in the preparation and submission of tenders, with a future view to overseeing and managing this team. Content Development & Proposal Creation Take ownership of proposal content planning, writing, editing, and formatting to ensure consistent tone, branding, and alignment with client requirements. Develop tailored responses by interpreting tender documentation and leveraging internal knowledge, past submissions, and SME input. Prepare executive summaries, project profiles, case studies, and other collateral as required. Process Improvement & Compliance Maintain and refine bid templates, libraries, and tools to improve efficiency and quality. Ensure all proposals are compliant with tender requirements, including formatting, document control, and submission protocols. Conduct post-submission reviews and debriefs to capture lessons learned and continuously improve processes. Collaboration & Communication Act as a central point of contact between bid, marketing, commercial, and delivery teams. Liaise with external stakeholders (e.g. JV partners, subconsultants) where required to coordinate joint responses or obtain supporting information. Communicate timelines and key milestones across all levels of the business. Sydney Sae Soon Presbyterian Church NSW - Associate Pastor on a full-time basis Sydney Sae Soon Presbyterian Church in North Rocks is seeking an Associate Pastor who can lead the church’s worship to a Korean worship leader while biblically guiding and supervising the church's activities for Korean congregations and multicultural people. Sundays and all public worship services at Sydney Sae Soon Presbyterian Church on Wednesdays and Saturdays must be led by this person. Worship Services, Fellowship Meetings, Catechism classes, Bible Studies, and Prayer Meetings will be led by this person through Bible-based preaching and teaching. He or she will visit hospitals and homes to build up the congregation as well. In addition to family counselling, he or she is also responsible for conducting funeral services, worship services of Sydney Sae Soon Presbyterian Church, fellowships, and other activities. Worship songs are usually in Korean, but sometimes English is used as well. His ability to praise in English is therefore essential.
