We are looking for a reliable and proactive Site Supervisor to support day-to-day operations at our busy petroleum and retail location. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead by example. Key Responsibilities: Assist with site management under the guidance of the manager Order stock for kitchen and retail sections as required Support rostering of staff (console operators and kitchen team) Work as a console operator when needed Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently Perform regular checks of toilets and public areas to maintain cleanliness and standards Communicate effectively with the team and management Requirements: Experience in petroleum, retail, or fast-paced environments preferred Strong organisational skills Willingness to work across different roles Ability to lead a team with a positive attitude Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and public holidays This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role with support and training provided for ordering and rostering tasks. We are seeking a responsible and motivated individual to work as a Console Operator and Food Service Attendantduring the night shift at our busy fuel station. This role combines customer service, retail operation, and basic food preparation duties. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and service throughout the night. Key Responsibilities: Providing excellent customer service at the counter and pump area Preparing hot beverages (coffees, etc.) and baking pies and pastries Handling point-of-sale transactions Regularly cleaning the console, coffee station, food area, and forecourt Toilet checks and cleaning throughout the shift Restocking food, drinks, and merchandise Performing nightly mopping and general cleaning tasks Ideal Candidate: Has previous retail or food handling experience (preferred but not essential) Is reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable working night shifts Good communication and customer service skills
