What You’ll be doing Core Responsibilities: Shape and own our organic growth strategy - drive MAU’s, revenue, and lasting brand love. Bring bold ideas to life - pitch campaigns with clear goals, sharp messaging, smart budgets, and a plan to make it happen. Execute across all our organic channels - including Push, Email, Organic Search, Influencer campaigns, custom landing pages, ASO and emerging AI-driven opportunities. Champion the user voice - tap into feedback from support and social, spot the signals, share back with the team and turn these insights into campaign ideas working closely with product team. Stay sharp and data-driven - track what’s working, report on impact and ROI, and use insights from both performance and the broader market to fuel smarter, bolder campaigns. Scale your impact - whether that’s in-house or through top-tier agencies, you’ll bring in the right people to scale your impact making every dollar count. Must haves 4+ years in organic growth marketing, including experience in startups or early-stage environments. Hands-on across key channels like email, push, organic search, ASO, influencer, social. Proven impact on conversion-focussed products like consumer subscription apps or e-commerce. Data-led and creative, able to craft and execute campaigns that drive growth and deepen user engagement. Collaborative leader, with experience scaling through agencies or building high-performing teams.
