We’re seeking permanent Pick and Pack Operators to join our Eastern Creek team. In this hands-on role, you’ll play a vital part in the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and prepared accurately and efficiently ready for dispatch. Requirements As a Pick and Pack Operator your role will involve: Picking and packing orders with accuracy and care Conducting quality control checks to ensure high standards Preparing goods for dispatch in a timely manner Maintaining general cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse What you'll need to succeed: Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions effectively Flexibility to work overtime when required RF scanning and pallet jack experience is desirable Paperless WMS experience will be highly regarded.
