I'm a digital skills tutor passionate about helping people who find technology challenging. I have decades of experience as a technology teacher. I am sensitive to the challenges people face when using technology. I offer warm, friendly and patient support. I customise our sessions to your unique learning style and pace. I can show you how to use email or the Internet. I can help you learn how to do online banking or shopping or use online services such as MyGov. I can show you how to use the apps on your smartphone. I can help you learn how to use your computer. I can help you set up your SmartTV. I can even show you what this new artificial intelligence is all about. I'm not a technician, but I can help you with basic technical issues. I don't just fix your problem for you - I show you how to solve your technical issues and develop skills so you become more independent when using technology. I cover the Inner West of Sydney. I can travel to your home or workplace or meet in a cafe or library. I can also do some types of tutoring over Zoom for those who are farther afield. I charge $50 an hour.
