Berkel Commercial Meat Slicer - Restored

A labour of love! I purchased this secondhand about 6 years ago for my husband who does home-made charcuterie. He disassembled the entire machine, repainted it, cleaned it, replaced broken/ worn out items, sharpened the blade and put it all back together. What you see in the pictures in red is the original, the white is the finished product. We have used it over the past 6 years for slicing bacon, salami, etc. It’s a great machine and works beautifully, and as amazing as it was to have restored it to its current spec we just don’t have the space any more and are looking for a smaller machine to purchase. As you can see it’s currently taking the bulk of our laundry bench! As you can see from photos this is an original Berkel & Parnalls machine, but I am struggling to work out what year. Likely 60’s manufactured. Pick up Doubleview, price is negotiable within reason.
