When you endeavour to start a Business ...eventually you will realize that ""your people/TEAM!) will prove to be your greatest asset in building your Business, ok.... ssssshhhhh!!! I work with ideas from what I see in the markets and look to develop and create opportunities where possible. I then look to find a "" team "" to make it happen. My 50+ years as a Business Consultant makes me work smarter so I do not need to own 100% of a Business to make it successful PROVIDED THAT I find the right associates.
