As an Occupational Therapist in this role, you will: Visit clients in their homes, assess their needs, and design intervention programs to help them achieve meaningful goals. Conduct assessments for home modifications, from simple to complex. Assist clients in finding the right assistive technology solutions. Maintain strong relationships with support coordinators, local area coordinators, and equipment suppliers. Write reports to document client progress, outcomes, and recommendations. What We’re Looking For: A Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration. Experience or a keen interest in providing OT services to adults with disabilities, chronic disease, and complex care needs. Strong time management and organisational skills to manage a flexible caseload. Ability to complete autonomous home and community-based assessments and interventions, following an extensive onboarding program. A reliable car and drivers license to visit clients in their homes.
