Job Description: Greet and welcome guests/visitors when they arrive at the office and Direct visitors to the appropriate person. Provide basic and accurate information in person and over the phone/email. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Assist counsellors and MARA agents. Purchases office supplies and maintains a stock inventory. Fill out the forms, prepare documents, and maintain client folders for admission and visa lodgement purposes. Call clients as per instructions. Maintained required records using MS Excel and other software. Required Skill or Qualification: Holds strong written and verbal communication skills Enjoy working in a busy and engaging work environment whilst being proactive Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Proven experience of having a good level of computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel. Other Microsoft Office programs have an advantage. Having good time management skills and the ability to multitask Good Customer Service skills Good phone manners. Must be proficient in both English and Hindi. Knowing Punjabi will be an advantage. Previous experience in the education and migration field is preferred.
