What You’ll Be Doing: Delivering high-quality care to critically ill patients under the supervision of senior intensivists Participating in ICU ward rounds, procedures, and multidisciplinary meetings Responding to MET calls and assisting with acute patient management hospital-wide Supporting and mentoring junior medical staff Participating in audit, education, and quality improvement activities What We’re Looking For: Current AHPRA registration or eligibility for registration Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience, including recent exposure to acute care or ICU Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Why This Role?
