This is a two bed, one bath flat. I have one room for rent, looking for one or two Indian girls who can share the flat with me which is $270 for one girl and $360 for two girls excluding bills. It is located at opposite of Woolworths, 10 min walk to wentworthville train station, 2 min walk to bus stop and 5 min walk to grocery store.
