**SALESPERSON POSITION - LANDSDALE WA** About Us AIAV Foods is a fast-growing food distribution company based in Landsdale, WA. We specialize in delivering high-quality food products to a diverse range of clients across the Perth market. THE OPPORTUNITY: SALESPERSON We’re looking for a motivated Salesperson to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and ensure stock readiness for upcoming sales rounds. This role involves a combination of office/warehouse work in Landsdale and on-the-road sales visits (approximately 50% of the time). The ideal candidate is independent, proactive, and possesses strong English communication skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain and grow our client portfolio within the Perth area. • Deliver products to customers as part of regular sales rounds. • Manage a structured client visit schedule while proactively developing new customer relationships. • Ensure stock availability by coordinating with management to maintain inventory levels. • Prepare and package products for upcoming sales cycles. • Maintain and update customer relationship records for management insights. • Provide outstanding customer service to establish and maintain long-term relationships. • Opportunity to grow into a leadership role, with potential to manage a sales team. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Sales experience is preferred, but we welcome ambitious individuals eager to learn and succeed. • Physically fit and able to handle some heavy lifting, with frequent client visits required. • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). • A friendly, positive attitude and a professional approach to client interactions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Drive for managing sales data and reports. • Ability to manage inventory effectively to support sales operations. • Leadership skills are a plus, with potential to advance into a senior role. • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally. • Forklift experience is a big advantage.
