You will work closely with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised therapy plans tailored to each child's needs.   Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted treatment plans. Provide evidence-based therapy sessions in individual and group settings. Collaborate with families and educators to support children's communication goals. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and outcomes. Stay current with best practices in paediatric speech therapy and participate in professional development opportunities.   Qualifications: A degree in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia. Experience working with children in a clinical or educational setting is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
