Monday – Friday 7 am to 5 pm Casual – must speak English Yennora and St Marys sites Experience – 3 years Pay - Gross $45 per hour Key responsibilities: 1. Installation and Maintenance: Installing, setting up, and maintaining mechanical equipment, machinery and trucks. 2. Troubleshooting and Repair: Identifying, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical problems in machinery and equipment. 3. Performance Optimization: Ensuring equipment runs at peak efficiency and safety. 4. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. 5. Collaboration: Working with engineers and supervisors to implement maintenance plans and resolve issues. 6. Safety Compliance: Adhering to health and safety regulations and procedures. Skills and Qualifications: 1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for mechanical work. 2. Mechanical Knowledge: Understanding of mechanical principles, engineering science, and technical concepts. 3. Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues. 4. Work along our senior technician helping them on site. Mounting Cameras or RG45 crimping knowledge helps. Basic training provided. Also help in head office programming and preparing the equipment (Sydney Metro) Must have white card, work boots and hard hat. Access to transport is helpful but not a must.
