EVER BOUGHT A CAR FROM A 100% HONEST PERSON? NOW’S UR CHANCE!! I will be upfront and honest from start to finish. I’m a private seller and won’t tell u tales! My Tiguan is currently unregistered. If you buy it from me now I will sell it cheaper. If you want me to register it I can do that too. Why am I selling it & Why is it unregistered? I’m not selling it like everyone else because it has problems, I’m selling because it was my husband’s car (i bought it for him) & after our divorce he gave it back to me & it’s sat there for 2.5yrs as my other car’s transmission (NOT the Tiguan) was playing up and I’ve been expecting it to die ever since, so I’ve kept the Tiguan as my backup car because it was a fantastic car the whole time we owned it & I was expecting to be needing a new car soon. But surprisingly my own car is still going strong, so the Tiguan is still sitting there unregistered, so since I’m moving very soon I’ve decided it’s finally time to sell it. It was detailed October 2021 & it’s not been driven since, so it’s still very very clean inside. The exterior had gotten very dirty sitting there but 2 weeks ago I paid someone to come clean it. We spent 3 hours each on it and it looks great again, but does need a polish. Details; The interior is shades of grey. The seats are cloth The interior is immaculate. Has truly been looked after. The pics look like there’s marks on seats but there isn’t (just weird pic details with light). The windows are tinted quite dark. (The back window tinting has lifted so will need to be removed or replaced - the yellow defrost lines seemed to ‘reject’ the tinting) About 7 yrs ago we got fitted one of those LCD screen things in it but honestly it’s not a great one so u may want to update it. There is a problem with the drivers side rear door lock which needs fixing. The bonnet paint finish has a small bubble happening (only the size of 50cent piece) - it’s not the silver paint, but a clear finish that’s lifting. Has a few scratches here and there but will probably buff out. Its new battery has now gone flat again- but I’m going to buy another new one before you come see it. I’m uncertain the exact kms as can’t see due to flat battery (I guessed the km’s reading when gumtree demanded a number) PRICE: (just lowered it from $7000) If I sell it unregistered: $5000 REGISTERED: $7000 (with 4 new tyres, battery, service & rego etc) Do not insult me by offering ridiculously low offers. I will definitely negotiate but not drastically as I’ve just lowered the price from 7k to 5k. It’s a fantastic car and worth more than I’m asking.
