We're Hiring: Experienced Cabinet Maker / Factory Leader Location: Smeaton Grange Company: Sydney Custom Joinery Are you an experienced cabinet maker with a passion for high-end joinery and the ability to lead from the front? We’re looking for a hands-on professional who can confidently work with curves, interpret detailed plans, and take ownership of the day-to-day operations in our factory. ???? About the Role: As a key part of our team, you’ll: Build and assemble custom joinery, including complex curved pieces Lead the factory team with a solutions-first, can-do attitude Manage and coordinate the workflow to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard Work closely with project managers to keep production efficient and on track ✅ What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years of cabinet making experience (curves a must) Strong understanding of architectural plans and joinery drawings Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities Eye for detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship ????
