We are seeking an experienced and reliable Structural Formwork Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of formwork operations on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency are maintained throughout the construction process, team player with staff, preparing work in advanced must be loyal and respectful, company car with the job. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily formwork activities on structural projects Lead a team of formwork carpenters and labourers to deliver projects on time Interpret construction drawings and ensure accurate implementation on-site Plan and sequence formwork tasks in line with project schedules Ensure all work is carried out safely and complies with OH&S regulations Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors Monitor material usage and manage stock levels Maintain site cleanliness and enforce safety compliance Requirements: Proven experience as a formwork supervisor or foreman in structural construction Strong knowledge of formwork systems (conventional and proprietary) Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and plans Excellent leadership and communication skills Sound understanding of OH&S requirements White Card (Construction Induction) Relevant trade qualification (e.g. Formwork Carpenter or equivalent) Current driver’s licence Experience with civil and commercial construction projects Please contact Tony ******2611 + click to reveal or Angela ******** 039 + click to reveal Email resume - adm******@******com + click to reveal REVEAL_DETAILS
