Description

HR or MR truck driver required to deliver new furniture for major household brand. Initially casual position for Fridays, Saturdays and occasional Mondays. The work is a mixture of store to store delivery and home delivery direct to customers. Days average 8-10hrs. Days rate paid. $300 per day. Faster you work faster you finish! Truck located in Southport - Must be able to get to truck for early morning starts 5am. You will need to be physically fit and strong as it hand loading and unloading couches, tables, chairs etc. You will be working in a team of 2 yourself and an offsider. Must have: Current HR or MR truck driving license (international ok as long as valid and recognised in Australia) Reliability Can do attitude A happy, positive personality Drug and Alcohol free Pass criminal history check Great personal hygiene Great customer service Ability to work with a teammate or on own The position can turn to full time for the right person after a trial period.
