We’re seeking experienced painters to repaint the interior of our home. Here’s a summary of the job: - **Property**: 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom double story house, approx. 100 sqm. - **Scope**: Full interior repaint, including: - **Living areas**: Open-plan living/dining room, kitchen, and hallway. - **Bedrooms**: 3 bedrooms (standard sizes, one with built-in wardrobe). - **Bathrooms**: 2 bathrooms (walls only, no tiling work). - **Additional**: Ceilings, trims, skirting boards, and internal doors. - **Condition**: Walls in good condition, minor patching/filling required. Last painted ~5 years ago. - **Preparation**: - Painter to handle surface prep (cleaning, sanding, patching minor cracks/holes). - Furniture will be moved/covered by owner, but drop sheets/protection required. - **Materials**: - High-quality, low-VOC paint preferred (e.g., Dulux Wash & Wear or similar). - Owner can supply paint or painter to provide (please specify in quote). - All other materials (brushes, rollers, tape, etc.) to be supplied by painter. - **Finish**: - Walls: Matte or low-sheen finish, neutral tones (final colors TBD). - Ceilings: Flat white. - Trims/doors: Gloss or semi-gloss white. - **Timing**: Flexible start date, prefer completion within 7-14days.
