Suite 3 has been setup as a therapy space at Sandgate’s Mission House / Old Convent. This purpose designed space in a much-loved building is home to many professionals and psychotherapists. In 2025 we are glad to be able to make space for new tenants in this beautiful light-filled room. By far the largest therapy room available measuring 4.1m x 4.3m ensures there is room to move, breathe and feel comfortable. Suite 3 encompasses a substantial section of the ground floor with windows that look down Sixth avenue towards the sea. The room is ideal for any professional seeking a light-filled comfortable space to work from including psychologists, counsellors, accountants, nutritionists etc. The space features: Separate kitchenette and coffee bar space for practitioners, and a waiting room for patients. The rooms are comfortable, and beautiful, with attention paid to details like lighting, sound-proofing and privacy. Coffee, tea, filtered water, candles, essential oils and incense aplenty. About Us: We have a warm, collaborative, collegial atmosphere amongst our tenants and friends in the building, and are grateful for the opportunity to share ideas and support with other helping professionals. We share referrals and connect for adhoc peer supervision. At present, 1-5 day/week tenancies are available across three of our suites, suitable for professionals interested in building a part-time private practice or transferring to a new space with a full caseload.
