We’re now doing floor joist 60mm wider and 6mm deeper. They are far less likely to split like the old 50mm narrow ones do. Splitting floor joist is primary reason for premature failure of decks. Our decking boards are a full 20mm and 22mm thick which will be more durable and longer lasting than the imported 19mm boards. The thicker board gives you more meat to counter sink the screw and still have a good thickness of board remaining. Standard and Better Grade is our top shelf material. We have attached some pics of our Forest Red Feature Grade End-matched Shiplap External and internal Wall Panel which is now avail to two widths. Both products are end matched, so they are very easy to install. Packs are 6.5 long. GT Hardwood is a family owned and operated business. We specialise in locally grown hardwood.
