We can help you get the right timber for your job. We only sell what we produce. We’re seeing more and more deck rebuilds as a result of floor joist falling apart. The reason they’re falling apart is in some cases they’re built from pine and in all cases, they’ve had 1000 nails belted into them with nail guns. The joist has split, allowed the moisture in and before long, the FJ’s are buggered. We’re milling heavier floor joist now. We’ve increased our 50 mm joist to 60mm and 90mm to make them more durable outside.
