The Role We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working HR Truck Driver to also work as a Directional Drilling Offsider. If you enjoy hands-on outdoor work and being part of a small, supportive crew – this could be the job for you. ✅Start Immediately ✅Full-time hours to start (casual trial period) ✅ Opportunity for permanent role after trial – including: PAID Annual Leave & Public Holidays Attractive hourly rate + Overtime + Superannuation Consistent hours and job stability Your Daily Duties Will Include: Assisting with directional drilling and locating Operating or assisting with excavator and drilling equipment Driving HR truck Manual labour: shoveling, raking, sweeping, trenching Working in muddy/dirty conditions outdoors – rain or shine! What You’ll Need: HR Driver’s Licence (essential) Construction Induction (White/Blue Card) Own reliable transport Own PPE (long pants & shirt, steel cap boots) Excavator ticket – highly desirable, or willing to learn on the job Strong work ethic, team attitude, and willingness to get your hands dirty!
