ShareHi there, I’m a passionate food enthusiast based in Altona Meadows. I spend most of my day thinking about, researching, and experimenting with food. I’m a pizza maker at a local shop, but my dream is to one day open a casual fine dining restaurant that offers the quality and creativity you'd expect from a Michelin-starred kitchen, even though getting a hat is not my goal. I just want to make great food that I want to eat at a high level. I’m looking for someone who’s deeply skilled in cooking, ideally a chef, cook, or someone experienced in fine dining, who might be open to mentoring or simply sharing their knowledge and love of food.
