Undertake Food safety Supervisor training Place stock orders on a rotational basis What you bring Experience as a chef in an Age Care Facility within a fast pace, dynamic environment A certificate IV in Commercial Cookery Advanced and communication skills Ability to maintain high and consistent standards Ability to work under pressure Excellent organisational skills & grooming standards Understanding of HACCP principles and practices Ability to multitask and react to a dynamic environment.
