cleaner- 3 x 2 unit, 2-3 times a week, also need washing to be done during this time as well as other jobs outside of cleaning which is optional , I am willing to outsource to another person if this isn't suitable. hourly rate of $40, happy to negotiate other terms and or payments. require a police clearance and references, to start ASAP
