We are a busy school lunch catering company, based in North Perth looking for a switched on & experienced individual who will assist in the daily operations of our school lunch distribution ranging from prep/ general kitchen duties to assisting in our delivery schedule. Recommended criteria for this casual position include: - Monday-Friday availability. Hours range from 8am- 3pm. No night times or weekends (except for some weekend catering events). -Previous job experience in high volume catering/ kitchen environments. - Sound knowledge of cooking, prep, delivery run sheet /schedules, food & health safety, allergen awareness. - Access to own vehicle a distinct advantage for this role to assist with deliveries if required (fuel allowance to be discussed) - Must have or willing to obtain Current NPC & WWCC Clearance in accordance to dept of education as we operate out of a school.
