Join the private practice collective at Wattleseed Centre WA Fremantle allowing you to build your independent practice in supportive group. We have a room available for allied health professionals to join our group which includes an Art Therapist, Counsellor, Psychologist and Alexander Technique Teacher. Our specially designed spaces are acoustically treated, warm and inviting, offering clients a safe space to feel heard and supported. The rooms are fully furnished with a neutral aesthetic. The room is available full time. It is fully furnished with a desk, bookcase and sofas. If you lease the room full time you can redesign the space to best reflect your practice and negotiate the price. If you lease the room on a part time basis the rate is $80 a day. Wattleseed Centre WA Fremantle has ample, free street parking for you and your clients with clear signage so they can find you easily. The airconditioned office includes a waiting area, with a children's nook and a reception desk where you can take payment if you prefer not to do so from your room. Your rent covers all outgoings including wifi, electricity, security, amenities and cleaning. There is no lock in annual lease so you can be as flexible as need. The monthly lease is automatically rolled over unless you give us notice otherwise. We have had the privilege of providing safe professional spaces to people who have stayed with us for years.
