Build trust with customers through your reliability, timeliness, and problem-solving skills – no challenge is too big for you. Work closely with our customer operations team to ensure cars are ready for inspection, delivered correctly, and meet the highest standards. Ensure all paperwork is smoothly handled during car handover, keeping things hassle-free for the customer. Be open to learning how to assess cars for delivery or pick-up – we’ll train you every step of the way. In this role, you will be integral to the smooth day-to-day operation of the business whilst maintaining and developing existing and new customer relationships.
