Should be conversant with the end-to-end data migration process, strategy definition, day 0, and day 1 data load drop, testing, and cutover process. Should know SQL and Excel. Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Excellent documentation skills Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills A history of leading and supporting successful projects Previous experience in understanding and developing operating models. Responsibilities: Evaluate business processes and systems, uncovering areas for improvement and recommending appropriate action. Lead reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies. Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders; document and effectively communicate the results of your efforts. Formulate system requirements, plans, and documentation.
