We are seeking a Production Engineer with experience in a production or process improvement engineering environment, preferably within the automotive, heavy industry, or high-volume manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing production and process engineering improvements, particularly in the context of major facility expansions using contemporary manufacturing methodologies. Experience in delivering complex projects, platforms, and process improvements is essential. Additionally, practical hands-on skills in assembling equipment and prototype products are highly desirable. Requirements Developing and implementing production and process engineering improvements using contemporary manufacturing methodologies related to major facility expansion Delivering complex Projects, platforms and process improvement Practical hands-on skills for assembly of equipment and of prototype products Must Have Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process) or relevant discipline Experience in a Production / Process Improvement engineering environment (preferably automotive / heavy industry / high volume manufacturing) Previous Heavy Industry or Automotive industry experience with good understanding of Product manufacturing sequencing SAP experience - understanding of the engineering Bill of material, create Production BOM, Production routing Understanding of Parts/Assembly Fabrication/Manufacturing, Create Manufacturing work instructions.
