【Other Notes】

The deposit is equivalent to 4 weeks' rent. To secure your booking, you are required to pay two weeks' rent in advance as a deposit.

Check-in time is 2:00 PM on your booked date, and check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day your booking ends.

If your booking is less than 90 days, you need to pay a AUD 500 security deposit.

If your booking is 90 days or longer, you need to pay 4 weeks' rent as a deposit. To secure your booking, you must pay two weeks' rent in advance. This deposit will be refunded if you leave the room clean and undamaged.
