The deposit is equivalent to 4 weeks' rent. To secure your booking, you need to pay two weeks' rent as a deposit in advance.

Check-in time is 2:00 PM on your booked arrival date, and check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day your booking ends.

If your booking is less than 90 days, you will need to pay a AUD 500 bond.

If your booking is 90 days or longer, you will need to pay 4 weeks' rent as a deposit. To guarantee your reservation, you must pay two weeks' rent as an advance deposit. This bond will be refunded if you leave the room clean and undamaged.
