Refapp (Testing) is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Responsibilities Manage and oversee financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations Perform financial analysis and reconcile discrepancies Prepare and file tax returns and handle other tax-related duties Assist with budgeting and forecasting Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency Provide support during audits Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 3+ years of experience as an Accountant Thorough understanding of accounting principles and regulations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel CPA certification is a plus
