Refund Policy

****The following is a brief overview of the apartment's standard cancellation policy. For full terms and conditions, please refer to the apartment's "Booking Terms and Conditions". ***Policies are subject to real-time updates; the apartment's contract shall prevail. # Apartment Subletting, Contract Assignment, and Early Termination Policy Subletting and contract assignment are permitted. A fee of AUD 100 applies for each contract amendment. Detailed rules regarding contract amendments will be explained to you by the apartment management. Email notification deadlines for early termination are as follows: Under relevant New South Wales legislation, if you request early termination during the lease term, you must notify the apartment via email at least two weeks in advance; if you request early termination after extending the lease term, you must notify the apartment via email at least three weeks in advance. If you fail to send the early termination email notification within the statutory timeframe specified above, the apartment will calculate rent charges based on the actual date it receives your termination email: rent will be extended by two weeks for terminations requested within the original lease term, and by three weeks for terminations requested beyond the original lease term.
