Refund Policy

****The following is a brief overview of the apartment's standard cancellation policy. For full terms and conditions, please refer to the apartment's Booking Terms and Conditions. ***Policies are subject to change in real time; please refer to the apartment's contract for the definitive version. # Subletting, Contract Assignment, and Early Termination Policy Subletting and contract assignment are permitted. A fee of AUD 100 applies per contract amendment. Detailed rules regarding contract amendments will be explained to you by the apartment management. Email notification deadlines for early termination are as follows: Under relevant New South Wales legislation, if you request early termination during the initial lease term, you must notify the apartment via email at least two weeks in advance; if you request early termination after lease extension, you must notify the apartment via email at least three weeks in advance. If you fail to send the termination email within the legally mandated timeframe, the apartment will calculate rent charges based on the actual date your termination email is received: extending the lease by two weeks for terminations requested during the original lease term, or by three weeks for terminations requested after lease extension.
