ROLE Lead regular online and face-to-face meetings with franchise partners and provide business coaching! Provide feedback to HQ on ways to improve business operations and systems Liaise with other teams within the HQ to support franchise partners and grow their business Regularly review KPIs and set goals for franchise partners to reach Follow franchise brand and operational guidelines to ensure that the franchise is consistent Requirements WHO IS THIS FOR?
