In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, and executing a variety of events that support our brand, engage our audience, and drive business goals. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify, manage, and prioritise ShiftCare’s events pipeline across Australia, the US, and Canada. Set ambitious event goals, define KPIs, and measure success to ensure alignment with key business objectives. Be the driving force behind the logistics, ensuring every detail is handled to create smooth, impactful events. Lead the planning and execution of ShiftCare’s quarterly customer events in Australia. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align event strategies with our big-picture goals. Partner with the North American sales team to manage their event pipeline, with semi-regular early morning meetings (6/7am Sydney time). Roll up your sleeves at local events, managing everything from setup to breakdown, ensuring a flawless experience. Skills & Experience: 1-2 years of proven success in event management, with a track record of creating and executing high-quality, memorable events. Experience in the NDIS or healthcare industry is a bonus! Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events and stakeholders. Ability to collaborate across time zones and work with international teams. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
