Our company is looking for Mobile repair technician with part time or full time availibility. The Repair technician works as part of a repair team or alone at less busy time that tackles a variety of repairs of mobile phone devices, tablets and other duties around the shop. A successful candidate will exhibit the following strengths: Knowledge and passion for the tech industry Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills Time management skills with an ability to make decisions quickly An aptitude for acquiring skills with an eagerness to learn and perform all tasks around the shop Ability to work flexible hours, as work hours will be based on business needs Responsibilities: Serve customers and deliver exceptional service throughout using our point of sale system, engaging in lifestyle and needs-based conversations, and communicating repair solutions and estimates; Identify needs and provide tailored recommendations for repairs, accessories, and additional services at the point of first and last contact, ensuring you are always committed to converting the conversation into an opportunity for a sale or store visit; Diagnosing and performing repairs on phones and ipads Open and close duties, as well as regular cleaning and dusting.
