Free PHD Idea for Mathematical Optimisation

Description

So I found a undiscovered Optimisation algorithm from a 1950's electromechanical device called the Mark 1 Perceptron. Its 1 million times quicker and uses 300 thousand times less memory than conventional optimisation algorithms. I dunno what to do with it? It could be game changing. I was hoping you could do something with it. Can you give me some ideas? Im happy to give the idea away as long as it gets used. This would be good as an idea for a research paper. This idea is completely free and I would love to be on the paper too. I also have some ideas for some Schizophrenia treatments for drugs if you want to research that. I also have 4 random number generators if you want to research that.
