Clients must notify the apartment management of their exact move-out date at least four weeks (28 days) in advance of the planned departure. Strict compliance with this notice period is essential to avoid delays or penalties during vacating.

Avoid Upfront Annual Rent Payments

In recent years, some tenants have faced financial losses due to paying a full year’s rent upfront. To protect our clients’ interests, none of our partnered apartment buildings require annual rent payments in advance. Please make rental decisions based on your financial situation. Any losses incurred due to personal choices will be the tenant’s sole responsibility.

Rent Fluctuation Advisory

Rents may vary due to market conditions, floor level, lease start date, and other factors. For inquiries or clarification, please contact Xiaoju (Customer Service) at any time.

Apartment Provider’s Disclaimer on Viewing

We strongly recommend personal or representative inspection of the apartment before booking. The apartment provider is not liable for any issues arising from reservations made without prior viewing. Tenants assume full responsibility for such consequences.

Notice Requirement for Lease Termination

Under local rental laws, tenants must notify the apartment provider at least 28 days in advance (or as stipulated in the apartment’s rules/lease agreement) of their intent to terminate the lease and provide the exact move-out date. Failure to comply will result in personal liability for any penalties, additional charges, or delays in vacating.
