Annual Rent Payment Caution
In recent years, there have been cases where tenants suffered losses due to paying full annual rent upfront. To protect your rights, none of our partnered properties require annual rent payments in advance. Please exercise caution and choose payment plans wisely. Any losses incurred due to personal decisions will be the tenant’s responsibility.
Rent Fluctuation Notice
Rent prices may vary due to market conditions, floor level, move-in date, or other factors. For inquiries, feel free to contact Xiaoju (Customer Service) at any time.
Property Viewing Recommendation
We strongly advise tenants (or their representatives) to inspect the property in person before booking. Any consequences arising from unverified bookings will be the tenant’s responsibility.
Lease Termination Notice
Under local tenancy laws, tenants must notify the property management at least 28 days prior to lease expiration (or as stipulated in the contract) regarding their intention to vacate and provide an exact move-out date. Failure to comply may result in penalties or additional charges.
