Caution on Annual Rent Payment
In recent years, cases have arisen where tenants suffered financial losses due to upfront annual rent payments. To protect your interests, none of our partnered apartments require full-year rent payments in advance. Please make payment decisions carefully based on your circumstances. Any losses resulting from personal choices will be the tenant’s sole responsibility.

Property Inspection Recommendation
We strongly advise tenants (or authorized representatives) to inspect the apartment in person before booking. The property management is not liable for consequences arising from unverified reservations.
Lease Termination Notice
Under local tenancy laws, tenants must inform the property management at least 28 days prior to lease expiration (or as specified in the apartment’s rules/contract) of their intent to vacate and provide an exact move-out date. Non-compliance may result in penalties or additional charges.
Cancellation Policy: Subject to real-time updates by the apartment. Please refer to your offer or contract for final terms.
