24-hour laundry room accessible via smartphone QR code scanning. Four free laundry sessions are provided weekly, including 2 washes and 2 drys. Additional sessions can be requested free of charge at the front desk;

Gym with on-site trainers offering free classes to help you maintain good health;

For 4 Bed Shared units, cleaning staff will clean common areas once every two weeks at no extra cost;

Double occupancy allowed (only in studios with double beds), with an additional fee of AUD 50 per week for two occupants.
