To safeguard your interests, none of our partnered apartment buildings require annual rent payments in advance. Please select payment plans based on your personal financial situation and accept responsibility for any losses resulting from non-compliance.

3. Property Viewing Disclaimer

We strongly recommend inspecting the apartment in person or through a trusted representative before booking. Tenants assume full liability for any issues arising from reservations made without prior viewing, including but not limited to mismatched expectations or unforeseen property conditions.

 

4. Lease Termination Notice Requirements

Under local tenancy laws, tenants must provide at least 28 days’ written notice (or as stipulated in the apartment rules/contract) before the lease ends, specifying:

 

Confirmation of intent to vacate (yes/no).
