Work closely with senior leadership, estimators, technical teams, and delivery personnel to coordinate input and approval. Coordination with the offshore team in the preparation and submission of tenders, with a future view to overseeing and managing this team. Content Development & Proposal Creation Take ownership of proposal content planning, writing, editing, and formatting to ensure consistent tone, branding, and alignment with client requirements. Develop tailored responses by interpreting tender documentation and leveraging internal knowledge, past submissions, and SME input. Prepare executive summaries, project profiles, case studies, and other collateral as required. Process Improvement & Compliance Maintain and refine bid templates, libraries, and tools to improve efficiency and quality. Ensure all proposals are compliant with tender requirements, including formatting, document control, and submission protocols. Conduct post-submission reviews and debriefs to capture lessons learned and continuously improve processes. Collaboration & Communication Act as a central point of contact between bid, marketing, commercial, and delivery teams. Liaise with external stakeholders (e.g. JV partners, subconsultants) where required to coordinate joint responses or obtain supporting information. Communicate timelines and key milestones across all levels of the business.
