Risk Warnings
1. Caution Against Annual Rent Payment
In recent years, there have been instances in the rental market where tenants have suffered financial losses by paying the full year's rent in advance. To protect the rights and interests of every client, none of the apartment buildings we work with require a one - time annual rent payment. Please make your decision carefully based on your own financial circumstances. If any losses occur due to personal reasons, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
2. Notice on Rental Price Fluctuations
Friendly Reminder: Rental prices may be subject to fluctuations influenced by factors such as market conditions, floor levels, and the start date of the lease. If you have any questions or need further information, feel free to reach out to Xiaoju for consultation at any time.
3. Apartment Viewing Disclaimer
The apartment management would like to remind you that it is highly advisable to view the apartment in person or have someone else do so on your behalf before making a reservation. Otherwise, you will be personally accountable for any negative consequences that may arise from not following this suggestion.
4. Lease Termination Notice Requirement
According to local tenancy laws, you are required to notify the apartment management at least 28 days prior to the end of the lease term (or as per the time limit specified in the apartment rules/contract) regarding your intention to terminate the lease and provide the exact move - out date. If you fail to respond within the specified time frame, you will be personally liable for any resulting consequences.
