Requirements As a Billing Officer you will: Timely and accurate validation and reconciliation of carrier invoices & rates against contracts Be responsible for major customer portfolios; including accurate and timely charges Lodge claims with Carriers Ensure completeness and accuracy of invoices received and processed Issue resolution with long-term solution Pro-active communication and follow up to efficiently resolve all discrepancy matters with all stakeholders, internal and external Support of the broader Billing functions as required About you: MS Office (Intermediate – Advanced Excel) Proven ability to analyse and think critically to resolve issues Strong problem solving ability Excellent communication skills Demonstrate strong mathematical ability Billing experience (ideal but not required) Benefits Why join efm Logistics? As a Payroll Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the passionate people who deliver that support every day. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be the go-to person for all things payroll, processing weekly pays with precision and care. Reporting to the Finance Manager, there will also be opportunities to provide additional support in general accounting tasks – helping keep our finance function running smoothly. We have an exciting opportunity to join the Finance Operations team as a Project Manager working on our efm App. The purpose of the role is to successfully manage a high-performing team who are responsible for the initiation and execution of various projects that produce a high return on investment, aligning with the most current business objectives. The role has a strong focus on delivering a ‘no better experience’ for stakeholders, continuous improvement, and optimising team and business performance. Requirements As the Project Manager, you will: Train, coach and mentor team members to drive effective communication, business outcomes, engagement and a high-performance culture Performance management of self and team through clear and actionable performance metrics Ensure timely execution of deliverables through high quality process and strong relationships Maintaining excellence through quality project management that align to efm’s Quality Management System Provide required analysis and reporting to Senior Leadership Team Ensure robust systems and controls are in place, including maintaining documented process maps / procedure manuals of all processes and relevant training to the broader business Ensure strong governance and compliance with legislation, regulations and best practice Ensure continued adherence to Group practices and policies Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including process, technology and best practice initiatives to ensure improved quality and efficiency of service to the business and stakeholders We are looking for: 2+ years of experience in a team Management role in a growing dynamic organisation 2+ years of experience in Project Management and Analysis Tertiary level education in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Commerce or similar Adaptable to change and leading change Proven track record in identifying and implementing business improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement Ability and willingness to take a practical approach and undertake work at an operational level Be able to demonstrate strong system, data, and analytical skills to determine trends or areas requiring corrective action.
